Does the Wrist-Assured Identity Bracelet have GPS?

Our identity bracelets are engraved with our Helpline number and a unique personal code, they do not have GPS. Our Bracelet is all about creating visibility for the wearer. Visibility means help will be offered more readily and quicker by members of the public. No GPS means the bracelet is 100% waterproof and does not need removing for charging purposes or relying on mobile phone apps.

Can I buy more than one Bracelet and Subscription?

You can buy multiple bracelets and subscriptions, there are no limits. This could be necessary should you be caring for more than one person with memory/dementia issues.

Can I update the details on my account myself?

Using your own personal account, you can update information at any time, for any subscription you hold, completely free of charge.
